What is WP1 about?

WP1 provides the overall coordination of the Hope4Kids Joint Action. It ensures that all partners work together effectively, project activities stay on schedule, and the project meets its objectives while maintaining high quality standards.

Objectives

  • Coordinate the work of all project partners.
  • Monitor progress and the timely delivery of activities.
  • Ensure quality assurance and effective risk management.
  • Oversee the achievement of the project's overall objectives.
  • Act as the main coordination point for the European Commission.

What is WP2 about?

WP2 ensures that the knowledge, experiences, and results generated by Hope4Kids reach healthcare professionals, policymakers, researchers, patient organisations, and families across Europe. WP2 also supports collaboration by building a European network for paediatric palliative care.

  • Communicate the project's activities and results through accessible communication channels.
  • Increase awareness of paediatric palliative care across Europe.
  • Build a European network of paediatric palliative care stakeholders.
  • Identify implementation priorities and future research needs.
  • Promote the uptake of project results into practice.

What is WP3 about?

WP3 monitors the progress and impact of Hope4Kids. WP3 evaluates whether the project achieves its objectives, measures its outcomes, and ensures continuous quality improvement throughout the Joint Action.

  • Develop the project's evaluation methodology.
  • Measure project outputs and outcomes.
  • Assess quality and identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Carry out qualitative research and SWOT analysis.
  • Produce the final evaluation of the Joint Action.

WP4 Sustainability

What is WP4 about?

WP4 ensures that the results of Hope4Kids continue to benefit children and families after the project has ended. WP4 strengthens collaboration with European stakeholders, supports policy dialogue, and develops strategies for the long-term sustainability of project outcomes.
